President
Chris Cunningham
Chris Cunningham is a CCM and has over 23 years of experience in the construction industry including roles as Owner’s Rep and general contracting. He is focused on project and relationship management on executive level government projects. He has developed and implemented budgets and project schedules and is experienced with safety analysis and risk management as well as project planning and organization. Chris is also well versed in Design/build projects and technical design review processes.
Chris is a Managing Director for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) and is responsible for providing leadership for reporting staff, support and assistance in preparing proposals and general business development, ultimate QA/QC for all products produced by his team, assisting in overview of client assignments and staff workloads, and developing and executing business strategies to achieve team goals. He still is also responsible for planning, execution and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. He also manages multiple projects concurrently ensuring technical quality throughout the project’s life cycle.

Craig Snyder
Craig Snyder is a CCM and a Project Manager for Gannett Fleming’s Construction Management Division. With over 20 years of experience, Craig provides construction management services for various water/wastewater clients throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
Craig leads the Gannett Fleming Construction Management Water/Wastewater group for Pennsylvania and Eastern Ohio. In this capacity Craig is responsible for the leadership and guidance of a team of Construction Managers and Construction Inspectors. He also responsible preparing proposals for new work, personnel work assignments and supervision, and assuring each project is completed on time and within budget.

Michael Leaman
Mike is a CCM that has been with Gannett Fleming for 20 years. For 10 of those years he has been a Resident Project Representative and Construction Manager in the Construction Services group. He has filled both roles mostly on Water and Wastewater construction projects in the Central PA region for a variety of municipal clients.
Mike spends most of his time outside work going to hockey and baseball games with his wife. He also enjoys training his beagles, hunting and working in the garden.
Mr. Heitzman is a Construction Manager and a Senior Associate for Johnson, Mirmiran and Thompson. He has worked in the Construction Industry for the past 16 years. He currently runs Projects in PennDOT District 8-0 where he is the Transportation Construction Manager. Tom’s experience includes running projects on Interstate 81 (Cumberland County), Interstate 80 (Clinton County), Interstate 83 (York County) and State Route 15 (Adams County) along with working as a Technician on the P3 Rapid Bridge Replacement Project for Central Office. Outside of work, Tom loves to spend time with his family camping and traveling, enjoying his kids’ extra-curricular activities and loves to coach his youngest daughter’s soccer and basketball team.

Brian Guillaume

Brian J. Guillaume (Gil) has over 21 years of heavy highway/bridge construction inspection and construction management experience. He has completed over 80 projects ranging from $250,000 to $101 Million in construction cost for PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. In addition to roadway and bridge projects, Mr. Guillaume also manages the vertical construction management and construction inspections contracts across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for both DGS and PASSHE contracts.
He is the Senior Project Construction Manager leading the PA CEI operations for KCI Technologies Inc. and functions from the Mechanicsburg office. Mr. Guillaume holds his NICET Level IV certification and is certified in Bituminous and Concrete testing and inspections. He is a member of ASHE Harrisburg/ASHE NE and ACEC. In addition to professional organizations, Mr. Guillaume is the Founder/President of the Central PA Down Syndrome Awareness group. In his spare time he enjoys his children’s extracurricular activities, fishing, shooting and large bonfires.

DAN HOFFMAN
Former Secretary 2019 to October 2021
Dan Hoffman brings over 37 years of healthcare project management and facility/property management experience in planning, developing and executing medium to large scope projects with many complexities. Dan provides technical and team leadership and is committed to design excellence, user experience, material health, cost effectiveness and sustainability. Currently, he is the Manager; Administrator of Facilities Planning at UPMC Susquehanna on numerous projects including a five year Facility Masterplan, several imaging department modernizations and other major renovation projects as well as several MEP infrastructure renewal projects for a six hospital system.
With a solid knowledge of all phases of the building process including zoning and permitting requirements, building systems, and management of plant operations, Dan has successfully provided leadership and high value to all his assigned projects and duties.
PATRICK KELLY

Pat is a Vice President and the Harrisburg Office Manager for Johnson, Mirmiran and Thompson (JMT) and is the Director of Construction Inspection Services for Central Pennsylvania. Pat has over 27 years in the Construction Management/Inspection industry; 18 of which were spent with PennDOT District 8-0. During his tenure with the District he held numerous positions including Field Inspector, Supervisor and Manager before becoming the Assistant Construction Manager for Dauphin and Perry Counties.
Pat is actively involved with the Clearfield, Altoona and Harrisburg ASHE Section and currently serves on the Harrisburg ASHE Board. Pat is an active member of ACEC-PA serving as the Central PA Vice-Chair for the Construction Services subcommittee.
Pat resides in York County with his wife Jennifer of 22 years and has three children, Sierra, Kiernan and Carson. He has been active with Redland Wrestling and was the head coach of the elementary wrestling program for over 10 years. Pat enjoys camping, snowmobiling, dirt bike riding, muscle cars, hunting and fishing.
Eric Crawford

Mr. Crawford obtained his degree in civil engineering from PSU and has been a member of CMAA for the past five years. Eric has more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry. His background involves construction management and project engineering services for a variety of building facilities. He has reviewed engineering and construction plans, drawings, and specifications to meet code requirements, assisted in close-out procedures such as change order verification and claims review, and coordinated with Contractors during construction. Some of the Mr. Crawford’s Clients include PA Turnpike, PA Dept. of General Services and Johns Hopkins Hospital.
